About the Role

We are searching for a motivated and efficient US IT Recruiter to oversee the complete recruitment process for clients based in the United States. The position is located in Amritsar, Punjab, operating during US night shift hours (IST).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment life cycle end-to-end for US IT positions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals and professional networks.
• Work on different contract types such as W2, C2C, and 1099 engagements.
• Screen and shortlist candidates according to client specifications.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate follow-ups between candidates and clients.
• Negotiate compensation and finalize hiring decisions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure timely candidate submissions and position closures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of US IT recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in using job portals such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Understanding of US work visa categories including H1B, Green Card, USC, and OPT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating directly with clients or implementation partners.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close positions efficiently.
• Competence in managing multiple job requirements concurrently.
