Role Overview
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will act as a trusted technical consultant for Figma's major enterprise clients. Your responsibility is to guide organizations in adopting, integrating, and scaling Figma effectively within complex technical infrastructures. This role bridges the gap between customer success, enterprise architecture, and developer workflows.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical assessments to evaluate client environments, identify technical risks or gaps, and provide actionable recommendations for successful implementation.
- Advise on enterprise API utilization, system integrations, and extensibility within clients’ technology ecosystems.
- Collaborate with developer teams to enhance design-to-code workflows, including promoting Dev Mode and other platform features.
- Conduct technical training and workshops to boost customer proficiency with advanced platform functionalities.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product teams to deliver unified and impactful technical guidance.
- Identify technical insights to support contract renewals, upselling, and long-term account growth.
- Establish strong relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or enterprise customer success within SaaS companies.
- Deep understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, development frameworks, and identity management.
- Experience advising on or implementing AI-powered enterprise solutions including architectural and governance aspects.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage technical and non-technical audiences with confidence.
- Consultative mindset with the ability to navigate complex customer ecosystems and multiple stakeholders effectively.
Preferred but not required:
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design and developer collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of authoring structured AI guideline files for MCP servers or AI agents, including defining behavioral constraints and integration standards.
- Background in frontend development or knowledge of design-to-code processes.
- Experience conducting technical workshops or enablement sessions.

Reasonable accommodations for disabled applicants during application and interview processes are provided on request, including accessible interview locations, closed captioning, screen reader compatible communications, and alternative interview formats.
