Team Leader - Upselling and Collections

Role Summary

Lifecell International is seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead and motivate a telesales team focused on upselling and debt collection. This role involves managing team performance, providing training, handling escalated customer issues, and collaborating with other departments to enhance customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor, and drive a team of telesales agents to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Track and evaluate team performance daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure goals are met.
• Deliver continuous coaching and skill development for team members.
• Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Organize and conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
• Compile and present detailed performance reports to senior management.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to share customer feedback and insights.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
• Availability to work on the last Sunday of every month, with compensatory leave provided.
• Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly income potential ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹50,000.
• Fixed monthly salary between ₹20,000 and ₹26,000 (net take-home).
• Performance-based incentives can add up to ₹30,000 monthly.
