Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls by clearly explaining company products and services.
• Utilize scripted dialogue to convert prospects into customers.
• Collect and maintain accurate customer information and related data.
• Engage customers through targeted questioning to understand their needs.
• Professional handling of product order processing.
• Recommend appropriate solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Execute market research to discover sales opportunities and assess customer demands.
• Sell health insurance over calls aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide online education to customers about health policy purchasing procedures.
• Focus on call quality to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Create compelling product presentations and demonstrations for customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must hold a graduate degree.
• Previous experience of 3 to 6 years in a relevant telesales role.
