This team manages recruitment, onboarding, compensation, training and development, ensuring their diverse global workforce is equipped and motivated to achieve company goals, while fostering talent retention.
Role Overview
We seek a highly organized and proactive Talent & People Experience Coordinator to join the Auckland team. This position focuses on supporting talent acquisition activities, streamlining processes, and driving initiatives that enhance candidate and employee journeys. A major responsibility is leading the biannual Intern Program from candidate selection through onboarding and execution. The role also involves assistance with immigration documentation, cross-team coordination, and recruitment analytics support.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the intern program, coordinating end-to-end every six months.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate engagement.
- Support immigration-related processes, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve people experiences throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Manage recruitment reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Adapt and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Candidate Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent coordination.
- Familiarity with HR platforms such as Greenhouse or Workday is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage ambiguity confidently.
- Capable of juggling multiple priorities in a busy setting.
- A cooperative and people-centered approach to work.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience recruiting in engineering or manufacturing industries.
