Talent Acquisition Specialist - Singapore (Contractor)

Role Overview

Join the TikTok E-commerce Talent Acquisition team supporting TikTokShop across APAC, focusing on sourcing and recruiting top talent that supports the company's growth in Singapore. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate closely with hiring partners to maintain active talent pipelines and execute data-driven sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing channels, screening, referrals, and outreaching for multiple complex technical searches at various levels.
• Build comprehensive business knowledge and nurture relationships with HR, hiring managers, and external partners including agencies.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies, initiate and improve recruiting processes such as market research and talent mapping to enhance hiring efficiency.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience and promote TikTok as an attractive employer throughout the recruitment journey.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient with research and sourcing tools including Boolean search techniques and platforms like LinkedIn.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement at all organizational levels internally and externally.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of three years sourcing experience in a high-volume, tech-focused recruiting environment, either in-house or via search firms.

Additional Information

This position is a 12-month contract role facilitated through a third-party agency. While assigned to TikTok, you will be employed by the agency, which manages payroll and benefits.
