Role Overview

As a System Administrator, you will take ownership of internal IT systems, SaaS platforms, user provisioning, and device administration to keep the company’s technology environment secure, smooth, and scalable. The role also includes access governance, endpoint and network protection, and hands-on IT support for employees across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Keep software licensing records, compliance materials, and IT documentation up to date.
  • Provide day-to-day technical assistance and guidance to employees so they can use systems effectively.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT administration, systems administration, or IT support.
  • Background working with cloud-based corporate environments such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure.
  • Working knowledge of identity and access management platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, or JumpCloud.
  • Experience with device and endpoint management tools like Jamf, Intune, Kandji, or similar MDM solutions.
