About the Role

This role serves as the key site transformation expert responsible for implementing the Future Focused Planning program at manufacturing sites, facilitating the full transition to a new Target Operating Model (TOM). The specialist bridges strategic deployment goals with site-level operations, ensuring new processes, tools, and methodologies are effectively adopted and sustained.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full deployment of the Future Focused Planning program at assigned manufacturing sites.
Collaborate with site leadership and supply planning teams to ensure smooth adoption of the TOM.
Perform site readiness assessments and identify gaps relative to the target operational model.
Create and implement site-specific deployment and change management strategies.
Conduct training and capability-building sessions for supply planning staff.
Monitor and communicate site progress against milestones and key performance indicators to Deployment Lead.
Proactively recognize and escalate risks or issues.
Embed new processes and tools to guarantee long-term change at the site level.
Gather and disseminate site lessons learned to refine overall deployment.
Prepare the site for post-deployment sustainability and exit from hypercare phase.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline required; advanced degree or specialization in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
5 to 8 years of senior or managerial experience in supply planning, demand planning, or S&OP within manufacturing, ideally in Big Pharma companies.
Experienced with SAP, Blue Yonder/JDA, or comparable advanced planning tools; strong expert-level proficiency preferred.
Proven track record in supply chain transformation initiatives, including readiness assessments, gap analysis, and deployment planning.
Skilled in facilitating training, delivering capability programs, and driving change management.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities across cross-functional and matrix organizations.
Analytically minded, able to identify gaps and implement practical solutions.
Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision.
Change management knowledge or certification is an advantage.
Positive attitude with ability to lead and motivate team members indirectly within a matrix structure.

Ownership and Leadership

Fully accountable for successful program deployment and TOM adoption at the manufacturing site.
Drive process compliance while building planning capability among supply planning teams.
Coach and support site team members to build confidence and skills in new workflows.
Report site status, risks, and capability gaps to Deployment Lead.
Champion supply planning transformation and new operating methods at the site.
Identify and mitigate site-level barriers and process gaps to ensure adoption success.

Influence and Decision Making

Serve as the main transformation contact at the site with direct impact on readiness and quality of deployment.
Facilitate alignment between global supply chain entities and site leadership for seamless program execution.
