Role overview

Circle K is recruiting a full-time Supervisor for its Junction 8, M8, Waller's-Lot, Cashel, Co. Tipperary location (E25 R722).

Working pattern

This position is based on a 37.5-hour weekly contract spread across 5 days.
Flexibility is required to work across any day of the week.

What the role involves

The store operates in a fast-moving, target-oriented environment, so the role suits someone who enjoys a busy retail setting and can lead by example. You will help run shifts, keep safety front and centre, and support the team in delivering the company's standards and values.

Lead shifts and support day-to-day shift operations.
Assist customers and provide a high level of service.
Carry out merchandising across the store.
Prepare food items and K Coffee.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
Create sales leads for the fuel card team.

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of retail experience.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
A genuine focus on customer service.
Ability to work with, motivate, and guide a diverse team.
