Key Duties

Guide a small store team within an in-store department, leading by example to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
Create and maintain a motivating and engaging workplace atmosphere for employees.
Provide immediate feedback and acknowledge team successes to foster growth.
Assist with implementing high standards of visual merchandising aligned with the Sports Direct brand.
Play a pivotal role in exceeding sales targets by promoting operational efficiency and brand expertise amongst the team.

Remuneration and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is €37,500 plus bonuses. Additional benefits include:
