Overview
This role is designed for undergraduate or graduate students pursuing degrees in Computer Science or related technical disciplines to engage in research projects aligned with Google's priorities. The opportunity is flexible in commitment, duration, and remote/onsite arrangements depending on project and host team needs, with start dates generally ranging from August through December 2026. Applicants must reside in the United States during their engagement.

Candidate Eligibility

The Student Researcher participates in projects aimed at addressing significant real-world challenges through innovative solutions, scientific advancement, and technology breakthroughs. Projects vary by duration and location but require the student to remain in the specified country. Research teams span Google DeepMind, Google Research, Google Cloud, and other divisions, leveraging foundational computing research and state-of-the-art AI development across diverse disciplines.
