About the Program

Casual Fridays invites applications for its Fall 2026 Student Creator Program, a flexible contract opportunity tailored for college students enthusiastic about content creation, social media, and hospitality. This program is designed for independent contractors (1099) looking to gain hands-on experience in creating content for the hospitality sector across various US markets including Boston, Key West, Sarasota/West Palm Beach/Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta, New York, and the Washington D.C./Maryland/Virginia area.

Program Overview

As a Student Creator, you will produce photography and video content capturing the essence of hotels, resorts, restaurants, and travel attractions locally. The role offers project-based assignments which you can accept or decline according to your own availability and academic schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality photos and videos using iPhone technology, aligned with client brand standards.
Develop engaging social media content formatted for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.
Follow detailed shot lists and creative briefs provided by the agency.
Visit client sites including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and local events to gather content.
Maintain professional conduct while representing the agency and coordinate with on-site staff and client contacts.
Edit and organize captured content, delivering finished materials promptly.
Participate in remote team meetings and maintain regular communication about project progress.

Qualifications

Passion for photography, videography, and social media platforms.
Skilled in iPhone photography and video content creation.
Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube content creation.
Good communication and organizational capabilities.
Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines effectively.
Reliable transportation to travel within your market.
Flexibility for occasional content shoots during weekdays, evenings, or weekends.
