Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Storekeeper to oversee inventory management, maintain precise stock documentation, organize the storeroom, and ensure smooth availability of spare parts and supplies. The candidate should exhibit excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for inventory accuracy while supporting daily operations within the workshop.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory and stock records consistently.
- Receive, inspect, unload, and systematically organize incoming goods and spare parts.
- Monitor inventory levels to coordinate restocking activities with the purchasing department.
- Manage the issuance and receipt of inventory items with appropriate documentation controls.
- Perform regular stock audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Keep the storeroom clean, orderly, and compliant with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
- Label, pack, return, and rotate stock items as necessary to maintain inventory integrity.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in inventory or stock management roles.
- Solid understanding of inventory control methodologies and practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic computer usage with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Capability to function well within a team setting.
- Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Minimum education level: high school diploma or equivalent.
