Store Executive

Overview

Angel Wall Decor is seeking a dedicated Store Executive for a full-time position in the Home Décor and Furnishing industry based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in sales or retail sales and hold a diploma or graduate degree. This role offers a salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month, along with additional incentive-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers to deliver exceptional sales service aimed at high customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate home décor and furnishing products.
• Follow up on leads generated through in-store activities and other channels to boost sales.
• Describe product features, benefits, pricing, and available services clearly to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and guide customers in their purchase decisions.
• Manage order processing and maintain effective communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and adheres to visual merchandising standards.
• Support inventory management by checking stock levels and organizing products efficiently.
• Properly arrange and display products to enhance appeal and accessibility.
• Address customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, availability, and services.
• Accurately process payments using cash registers or POS systems.
• Meet individual and store sales targets contributing to overall business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in sales or retail sales, preferably with a strong sales track record.
• Qualification of diploma or graduate degree is essential.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle customers confidently.
• Target-driven with presentable demeanor and ability to follow up sales leads effectively.
• Experience in home décor, furniture, furnishing, or retail sectors is advantageous.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Working hours are from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM inclusive of weekends.
• One weekday off per week is provided.
• Monthly salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 with additional attractive incentives.
