Job Responsibilities

• Oversee project deliverables and coordinate effectively with authorities and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Assist in planning, defining project goals, and creating strategies to fulfill client, contract, and corporate criteria.
• Lead coordination efforts among stakeholders and authorities, resolving any conflicts to maintain approval schedules and project progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, reporting project status, milestones, and risks related to cost and schedule to senior management.
• Engage in regular meetings involving design, construction, stakeholders, and authorities to monitor progress and outline necessary actions.
• Serve as a liaison among stakeholders, consultants, and contractors regarding design, construction, handover requirements, and execution.
• Compile handover documentation including reports, manuals, and guidelines as required by clients.
• Support the Construction Supervision team as the Project Management Consultant representative during contract handovers.
• Review technical designs, provide feedback, and ensure timely assessment of consultant and contractor submissions.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders and authorities to ensure seamless asset handover upon project completion.
• Contribute stakeholder and handover information to weekly and monthly reports, alerting the Project Director to possible delays.
• Participate in site safety training, follow established safety protocols, and guide on-site handover activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
• At least 10 years of proven experience as a Stakeholder Engineer.
• Strong computer proficiency with MS Windows and common office software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases); familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), Document and Material Control Systems (DMCS), or CAD is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, with strong organizational and interpersonal capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Must hold approved certifications from MME or MMUP.
• Prior experience working in Qatar is mandatory.
