About the Role

Pramerica Life Insurance Limited is hiring a Software Developer in Gurugram. The role focuses on building and maintaining scalable backend applications, with Node.js and MongoDB at the core of the stack.

What You’ll Do

Build, test, and release scalable applications using Node.js, with MongoDB serving as the main data store.
Work closely with teams across functions to understand business needs and turn them into practical technical solutions.
Produce maintainable, high-quality code by adhering to coding guidelines, development standards, and testing practices.
Investigate defects, resolve technical issues, and improve application efficiency and responsiveness.

Experience & Technical Requirements

Bring 4 to 8 years of hands-on software development experience, with solid expertise in Node.js and MongoDB.
Have a strong grasp of SQL fundamentals and the ability to create efficient database queries.
Be comfortable contributing to large-scale systems that involve complex data-processing needs.
