Position Overview
Alluring Monks Private Limited is recruiting an experienced Social Media Manager to be a part of their expanding team, working remotely. This role requires managing social media marketing efforts across multiple clients and industries with a focus on organic brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for handling several client accounts simultaneously across various industries, creating strategic organic growth plans, planning and coordinating content, communicating effectively with clients, and providing regular reporting to demonstrate progress and outcomes. Experience with managing platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube is essential. Having expertise in Meta Ads is a beneficial addition.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must have a minimum of three years’ experience working in a marketing agency environment, demonstrating the ability to scale brands organically from zero. The candidate should exhibit strong communication skills, capability in content planning, and efficient reporting techniques. Preferably, candidates should understand the demands and accountability associated with fast-paced agency work, as those with experience limited to personal brands or single-company in-house roles may not be suitable.
Employment Details and Benefits
This is a full-time remote position operating Monday through Saturday. The offered monthly salary ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹35,000. Immediate joining availability is preferred, and candidates without any notice period constraints will be prioritized.
