This position is designed for an individual who perceives social media as more than just posting content, encompassing account management, creative content development, collaboration, audience engagement, and driving business growth through social platforms and client interaction.

Primary Duties

• Administer and expand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and additional social channels.
• Organize and manage content calendars for various clients effectively.
• Generate innovative concepts for Reels, posts, stories, and marketing campaigns.
• Keep abreast of evolving trends, formats, and viral material on social media.
• Work closely with designers, video editors, writers, and influencers to coordinate content creation.
• Track account progress and compile basic performance analytics.
• Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages as necessary.
• Liaise with clients to comprehend and meet their social media expectations.
• Facilitate lead generation and contribute to sales activities via social media platforms.
• Engage prospects and assist in converting social media leads into clients.
• Propose new strategies to enhance brand visibility, user engagement, and conversion rates.

Candidate Requirements

• Between zero and two years of experience in social media, digital marketing, sales, or business development.
• Recent graduates with strong communication skills and a sincere interest in social media are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Sound knowledge of Instagram, Reels, trending content, and social media culture.
• Confident interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ease in client and customer interactions.
• Basic familiarity with Canva and social media analytics considered advantageous.
• A proactive, innovative approach with a focus on targets.
• Enthusiasm for learning and taking ownership of responsibilities.
