Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Creative to join us during an exciting growth phase. This role offers hands-on involvement in all aspects of content creation and agency development. You will collaborate directly with the founder, contribute creatively to campaigns, manage client relationships, and grow your responsibilities as the agency expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social-first content including shooting and editing short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Reels.
• Generate innovative ideas, concepts, and campaigns that engage audiences.
• Plan and prepare for content shoot days, working in varied client locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including founders, business owners, and marketing teams.
• Identify trends, content opportunities, and produce reactive content to maximize reach and engagement.
• Analyze content performance data to inform improvements and future strategies.
• Take increasing ownership of clients and projects as you grow in the role.
• Contribute to enhancing agency processes and elevating creative standards.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about social media with a strong understanding of what makes content successful.
• Highly observant, automatically analyzing content and spotting trends and opportunities.
• Confident expressing opinions and sharing ideas.
• Self-motivated and proactive, taking initiative without waiting for instructions.
• Enjoys building interpersonal relationships and working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Proficient at filming with smartphones (iPhone) and editing using software like CapCut or similar.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and owns a car (essential for travel to client locations).

Employment Details and Benefits

• Salary range £35,000 to £40,000 based on experience.
• Primarily remote work with required client shoots across Yorkshire and other locations.
• 28 days paid holiday including bank holidays, increasing with service length.

Additional Requirements
