Role Overview
As a Social Community Representative, you will engage actively with consumers, creators, and brand ambassadors across various social media platforms to cultivate community engagement and enhance brand loyalty. This is a remote, part-time position centered around managing community relations, supporting content creators, and driving social interaction.
Key Duties
- Manage incoming direct messages, comments, and mentions across social channels.
- Serve as the official brand voice, maintaining professionalism and message accuracy.
- Promote user-generated content and oversee incentive programs to reward engagement.
- Spot and communicate community patterns, emerging trends, and engagement prospects.
- Help execute social content strategies specifically on TikTok, Instagram, and X.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel for data handling and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good understanding of social media networks and current digital trends.
- Strong organizational skills to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience using social media monitoring tools or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
