About the Role

Glow & Graft Hair & Skin Clinic invites applications for the position of Skin and Hair Technician / Cosmetologist to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra. The role focuses on delivering various aesthetic skin and hair treatments under medical supervision, ensuring high standards of patient care and clinic protocols.

Key Duties

• Administer and assist with skin and hair aesthetic therapies supervised by a physician.
• Perform procedures including Laser Hair Removal, Hydrafacial, Carbon Laser, Q-Switch Laser, chemical peels, and other skin enhancements as guided by clinic protocols and training.
• Support hair treatments such as Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Growth Factor Concentrate (GFC), and other non-surgical therapies compliant with qualifications and assigned duties.
• Prepare treatment rooms, medical equipment, and patients for procedures.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, sterilization, and health safety standards.
• Communicate pre- and post-treatment instructions to patients clearly.
• Document treatment details diligently and contribute to a positive patient experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of aesthetic devices and treatment zones.
• Collaborate effectively with doctors and clinic staff during treatments.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification or training in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Skin Therapy, or equivalent disciplines.
• Experience in aesthetic clinics focusing on skin, hair, or laser treatments is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with applicable training are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication abilities and patient interaction skills.
• Professional demeanor, well-groomed appearance, and eagerness to learn emerging aesthetic procedures.
• Comfort working in clinical and aesthetic treatment environments.

Job Type: Full-time position.
Salary Range: Between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 per month.
