Shop Floor Assistant

Role Overview

The Shop Floor Assistant position involves merchandising, rotating, and facing off all stock in the designated department while upholding hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold and actively demonstrate Centra's core values: pride, energy, imagination, and community focus.
• Manage order processing across different departments efficiently.
• Ensure the store is merchandised and presented consistently to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager regarding layout changes, including shelf ends and sides, and ensure that these adjustments are accurately carried out.
• Apply proper labelling and stock rotation techniques.
• Verify deliveries adhering to established goods-in procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the back-store area, keeping it tidy and well-stocked.
