Position Overview
Lang Consulting GmbH is seeking a Setter (m/w/d) in Freiburg, Germany, to initiate the sales process by qualifying incoming leads and scheduling appointments. The company specializes in data-driven e-commerce consulting focused on enhancing online shop performance and sustainable scaling.
Responsibilities
- Make initial contact and qualify incoming prospects via telephone.
- Conduct needs analysis and pre-qualification of potential e-commerce customers.
- Arrange appointments and hand over qualified leads to Senior Sales team members.
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales team.
- Participate in a structured 2–3 months onboarding with individual coaching.
- Earn performance-based commissions on qualified appointments.
Requirements
- German language proficiency at negotiation level (minimum C1, ideally C2).
- No prior experience required; career changers are explicitly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in telephone conversations.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly.
