Job Overview
This role requires hands-on experience working across various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, TSOM, FSM, CMDB, Inventory, ITOM, TSM, OMT, and TNI, covering broad aspects of telecommunications and IT service management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions by configuring modules and implementing workflows.
- Create and maintain client scripts, business rules, and other server-side scripts to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems through a variety of methods such as ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, and Kafka.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of coding by understanding and enforcing standards based on the ServiceNow data model and architecture.
- Work within Agile frameworks including Scrum, utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence to manage user stories and sprints.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable 2 to 7 years of relevant experience with ServiceNow modules and scripting capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products, especially in service and product catalogues.
- Experience in system integration and workflow automation within ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and use of collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
