Role Overview
As a Service Associate - Concierge, your primary role is to provide exceptional guest services, including assistance with luggage and other guest needs to ensure a memorable and smooth stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong rapport with guests to foster loyalty and delight.
- Assist with airline reservations and confirmations, message handling, transport arrangements, city tours, and restaurant bookings.
- Maintain professional and attentive communication with all guest interactions adhering to hotel policies.
- Keep accurate records of all guest deliveries.
- Uphold quality standards and procedures throughout the guests' entire stay — from pre-arrival to departure.
- Coordinate timely delivery and collection of guests' luggage.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum one year of experience working in the hotel industry.
- Capability to work extended hours and rotating shifts.
- Fluent communication and writing skills in both English and Arabic.
- A friendly, courteous, and positive demeanor.
- Position open exclusively to Saudi Nationals.
