Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner passionate about driving a product-focused organization. The successful candidate will lead recruitment efforts across Product, Tech, and Business units, with a primary focus on Product talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer stage for roles primarily within Product, also covering Tech and Business areas.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and product leaders to clarify requirements, challenge unfeasible profiles, and maintain rigorous hiring standards despite tight deadlines.
• Design innovative sourcing strategies targeting passive candidates through Boolean search, referrals, networking, and competitive intelligence in travel tech, marketplaces, and B2B SaaS sectors.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines for critical and recurring hires to reduce sourcing lead times.
• Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques ensuring consistent candidate assessment.
• Utilize recruitment data such as conversion rates, time-to-hire, and source efficiency to continuously refine hiring processes.
• Oversee applicant tracking system accuracy and bolster employer branding within relevant recruitment communities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of five years’ experience in talent acquisition across in-house, agency, or RPO settings with proven ownership of full-cycle hiring, including sourcing, assessment, negotiation, and closure of senior roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting Product professionals with a strong understanding of product discovery, roadmaps, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in hiring across technical and business functions alongside product recruitment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of steering stalled searches, challenging hiring managers tactfully, and delivering difficult market insights without harming relationships.
• Established networks of active and passive candidates with a history of successfully closing offers.
• Data literacy to create recruitment funnel views and leverage data to influence decisions.
• A growth-oriented and curious mindset open to continuous improvement and feedback.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and global startup environment.
• Strong affinity for recruitment tools, maintaining ATS data integrity.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
