About the Role
Join BNY as a Senior Specialist in Credit Services Administration, contributing to the management of loan portfolios through the entire lifecycle, ensuring operational precision, compliance, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee loan activity within assigned portfolios, including monitoring control reports and ensuring timely resolution of documentation exceptions and outstanding receivables.
- Collaborate with lenders and internal teams for client onboarding, data verification, and resolving operational issues.
- Interpret loan documentation and assist in the setup of credit facilities accurately.
- Manage middle office functions across credit facility life cycles to promote operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and effective coordination between front office, legal, risk management, and loan operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; or equivalent education and experience.
- Multiple years of relevant professional experience in credit services or financial operations.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to credit lending and the ability to apply these to loan data and documents.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel.
