Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Property Consultant based in Auckland, you will specialize in the acquisition and disposal of properties for a range of clients, including government departments, agencies, and councils. Your role involves overseeing projects by managing due diligence, negotiating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements. You will work closely with a team of more than 40 professionals, drive project delivery, and contribute to a culture that challenges traditional norms.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A tertiary qualification in property, legal studies, or a related field.
• At least eight years of professional experience in property-related or legal disciplines.
• In-depth understanding of New Zealand standards and legislation, especially the Public Works Act 1981.
• Proven experience engaging confidently with property owners and a variety of property professionals.
• Strong client management and client-centric approach.
