Role Overview
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead product marketing efforts across the People Experience & Talent portfolio, including HR, Talent, Learning, Benefits, and employee experience products. Your responsibilities encompass understanding customer challenges and buyer priorities, translating these insights into compelling positioning, messaging, and storytelling that make Humanforce the preferred choice.
This position is globally focused with a particular emphasis on supporting expansion in North America and EMEA. You will adapt product narratives to varied markets, ensuring relevance across different customer needs and competitive landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own positioning, value propositions, messaging, personas, and buyer journeys for your product portfolio.
- Craft overarching category and suite narratives that reinforce Humanforce’s leadership in frontline HCM and workforce technology.
- Engage with industry analysts to refine company positioning and leverage research frameworks for competitive advantage.
- Create high-quality marketing materials including sales narratives, demo stories, videos, web content, and campaign propositions, utilizing AI and modern creative tools.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches and maintain product momentum through continuous commercialization activities.
- Define and monitor success metrics tied to adoption, pipeline growth, sales performance, and retention, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably within HR technology, HCM, workforce management, or payroll domains.
- Proven track record in managing product or portfolio positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear customer benefits.
- Hands-on capability to produce marketing content, including copywriting, presentations, and video production.
- Proficiency with AI-driven tools and contemporary creative technologies to enable efficient, high-standard deliverables.
- Strong commercial insight to link marketing activities with tangible business outcomes.
- Strategic thinking focused beyond individual product features towards integrated suite and category positioning.
- Self-driven, with an ability to operate independently, take ownership, and navigate ambiguity.
