Key Responsibilities and Experience

• Over 12 years of direct experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise solutions.
• Expertise in developing, customizing, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platforms.
• Extensive practical involvement in CRM implementation projects, specifically within On-Premise environments.
• Proficient in leveraging Plugins, JavaScript, .NET frameworks, along with executing data cleansing, integration, and mapping while maintaining intricate data relationships.
• Skilled in integrating Dynamics CRM with other enterprise-level systems effectively.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration and query optimization.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and capability for resolving technical challenges.
• Experience collaborating with governmental departments and agencies in the UAE.
• Mandatory fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
