Design Development and Technical Responsibilities

Create comprehensive tech packs for every product, detailing exact measurements, fabric specifications, stitching details, and manufacturing instructions.
Implement size standardization across all products to reduce customization while maintaining consistent fit.
Develop consistent uniform designs focused on school and corporate clientele, crafting mood boards to effectively communicate design ideas.
Supervise prototype production including garment fittings to guarantee design accuracy and functional performance.

Merchandising and Vendor Coordination

Collaborate closely with the sales team to confirm sample and bulk production requirements in line with client demands.
Manage fabric sourcing and procurement, ensuring quality standards and offering alternative material options as needed.
Assign vendors for sample production, providing clear design and production instructions, and monitor vendor timelines and quality.
Conduct thorough quality checks on samples and final products to ensure precise execution of designs.
Coordinate with merchandising to obtain size sets conforming to tech pack specifications.

Team Collaboration and Market Research
