Role Overview
The Senior Social Media Manager will spearhead the social media strategy and execution for the client within the Digital and Creative scope. This role's core responsibility is to conceive and implement compelling social media campaigns aligned with business goals aimed at boosting engagement and growth across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess thorough knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and marketing best practices, maintaining awareness of emerging trends.
- Oversee all social accounts by monitoring performance metrics, providing analytics, and delivering insight reports to both internal teams and clients.
- Ensure social media content produced by the team aligns with the brand's overall strategy.
- Leverage social media management tools to track and analyze engagement, traffic, and brand awareness metrics.
- Apply strong numerical and analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions optimizing campaign success.
- Utilize media and promotional strategies to enhance content distribution effectively and efficiently.
- Understand client business objectives deeply and align social media efforts to meet those targets.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and support marketing goals.
- Manage projects with a focus on timely execution and accurate reporting of social media campaign metrics.
- Generate innovative social media campaign concepts using creative ideation to engage target audiences aligned with brand objectives.
- Conduct detailed analysis of social media performance to refine strategies and maximize results.
- Maintain knowledge of industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve social media approaches.
- Demonstrate leadership through initiative, inspiring storytelling, conflict resolution, and proactive relationship building with key decision-makers.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture by mentoring, providing constructive feedback, and motivating team members towards exceeding goals.

Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 to 9 years experience in social media marketing, with proven expertise in managing campaigns and leading teams.
- Proficient in handling social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Experience in creating successful campaigns encompassing creative development, media planning, and performance reporting.
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic languages in written and verbal communication, capable of engaging clients and teams effectively.
