Senior Estimator

Role Overview

CCECC is hiring a Senior Estimator to work from its Abu Dhabi office in the UAE. This is a full-time, office-based position focused on estimating and tendering for construction projects.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s qualification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a closely related discipline is needed.
• Holding RICS accreditation would be an added advantage.
• Candidates should bring at least 10 years of construction-sector experience in the UAE.
• Applicants must have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience specifically in tender estimation.
• Prior exposure to housing developments and high-rise building projects is required.
• Experience with construction and tendering practices in the UAE or wider GCC region is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates and perform quantity take-offs for construction bids.
• Price tenders accurately and prepare bid submissions within deadlines.
• Review and interpret tender documentation to identify scope, risks, and requirements.
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and commercial inputs.
• Assist with broader commercial and tendering tasks across construction projects.
