Role Overview

Indus Valley Partners is seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in ETL and data engineering. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and warehouse solutions tailored to meet business needs, particularly in finance.

Key Responsibilities

Create and enhance ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from multiple sources.
Design and maintain scalable data warehouse solutions based on dimensional modeling techniques.
Develop, optimize, and debug complex queries and stored procedures in SQL Server.
Maintain high data quality standards, platform availability, and system performance.
Work closely with business stakeholders to convert financial requirements into technical data solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

A minimum of 4 years professional experience as a Data Engineer or ETL Developer.
Advanced expertise with SQL Server.
Extensive experience in ETL development processes.
Comprehensive knowledge of data warehousing architecture and schema design.

Preferred Skills

Experience or strong understanding of Capital Markets and Finance sectors is a significant advantage.
