This position is for senior and mid-level C++ software engineers with experience in high-frequency trading (HFT) seeking either to work remotely or relocate to Dubai with relocation expenses covered. The role involves building and optimizing ultra-low latency crypto trading systems that operate in nanoseconds, far surpassing typical microsecond benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining market data interfaces and exchange connectivity for cryptocurrency venues.
• Developing and enhancing live trading algorithms within an HFT environment.
• Optimizing the trading infrastructure to meet nanosecond-level latency requirements.
• Leading technical projects from requirement gathering through deployment.
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and adapting code as needed without rigidity.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience in C++ programming with over 10 years total software development background.
• Hands-on experience designing and building low-latency, high-load trading systems (not just exposure).
• Proficient understanding of design patterns, complex data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with network protocols such as Websockets, FIX, and Kafka is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Background in financial markets or high-frequency trading; experience developing trading strategies is advantageous.
• Strong debugging skills capable of resolving complex, sporadic production issues.
• Comfortable leading or preparing to lead a dispersed development team.
