Role Overview

The Senior Analyst on the Continuous Improvement (CI) team acts as the bridge between business processes and fulfillment operations. This role focuses on identifying performance enhancements across multiple sites, quantifying opportunities, and partnering closely with plant teams to recommend improvements to Home Chef's Operations leadership. Positioned as a change agent, the Senior Analyst continuously evaluates plant outcomes against targets, benchmarks best practices, and uses plant process knowledge to drive impactful operational changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects by providing advanced analytics and driving initiatives that improve key performance indicators.
• Continuously refine production planning tools and automate plant knowledge to streamline execution.
• Build strong partnerships with plant teams by establishing process expertise and fostering trust to facilitate change.
• Create models and methods to monitor critical business elements such as facility capacity, equipment utilization, labor efficiency, and overall production.
• Innovate data collection, storage, and visualization techniques that empower production teams with actionable insights.
• Support data-driven decision making by reporting on primary KPIs and conducting ad-hoc analyses.
• Identify and quantify improvement opportunities leveraging fulfillment KPIs and reporting systems.
• Structure project work to produce clear, evidence-based recommendations in close collaboration with plant fulfillment leaders.
• Partner with the operations technology team to develop initial tools and reports that enhance plant efficiency and quality.
• Serve as the business lead alongside the operations technology team to develop technology solutions implemented in plants.
• Note: This position includes travel requirements of at least 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain or operations analytics.
• Educational background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Scripts.
• At least 3 years’ experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other common coding languages.
• A mindset oriented towards continuous improvement.
• Exceptional prioritization and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders, from frontline employees to executives.
• Proactive problem identification and innovative solution development.
• Ability to grasp both strategic overview and minute operational details.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-growth environments.
• Proven track record leading substantial, impactful projects to completion.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $125,000 annually, with the final offer contingent on location, experience, skills, and internal factors. The compensation package includes base salary plus benefits such as healthcare coverage, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
