Team Overview

You will join the fast-expanding Social Commerce Team, specialists in livestream selling, short-form video content, and affiliate marketing within SEA. The team partners with premier brands, combining creativity, analytics, and platform know-how to generate tangible commercial outcomes. This role offers broad operational exposure, cross-team collaboration, and a chance to shape digital shopper engagement in real time.

Role Responsibilities

• Conceive and implement affiliate marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, engagement, and sales on TikTok.
• Scout, onboard, and manage TikTok influencers and content creators for the affiliate program.
• Forge and nurture robust relationships with affiliate partners, delivering support, guidance, and motivation to maximize outcomes.
• Collaborate with affiliates to produce and refine TikTok content that aligns with brand messaging and goals.
• Track and evaluate campaign performance through key metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Maintain current knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices to enhance content reach and impact.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or digital marketing emphasizing TikTok.
• Deep understanding of TikTok's platform mechanics, features, trends, and algorithms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal aptitude to develop and sustain influencer and partner relations.
• A creative flair with an eye for compelling storytelling and engaging content.
• Analytical capabilities to monitor campaign performance data and implement optimizations.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, able to function autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
