Role Responsibilities

• Guide project teams in optimizing their Scrum practices and processes
• Inspire active participation and enthusiasm for Scrum ceremonies among team members to effectively meet project objectives
• Promote communication and collaboration across different project teams and the broader organization
• Maintain the core Scrum values of transparency, inspection, and adaptation throughout the company
• Ensure sprint objectives are met consistently and that client satisfaction remains high
• Develop both qualitative and quantitative assessment tools to demonstrate team performance and identify areas for improvement
• Predict team capacity and resource requirements in the short and long term, providing regular updates to leadership
• Encourage and support innovative solutions to challenges within the team environment

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of five years hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework implementation
• Proven success performing as a Scrum Master in at least one prior role with a demonstrable record of project achievements
• Strong facilitation capabilities, with the ability to influence stakeholders positively and manage opposition with tact and adaptability
• Attributes such as perseverance, flexibility, responsibility, and willingness to engage in honest feedback processes
• Additional experience working on MES, SCADA, or industrial automation projects is advantageous
• Background in client-facing project environments is a plus
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10-15% as required
