Position Details and Location

This role is based in Mumbai or Bangalore, offering a hybrid work model. The position requires over 7 years of experience and a B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent, alongside mandatory Scrum Master certification.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate and manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Serve as the liaison for external communications with customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new feature requests.
• Identify and resolve conflicts or impediments that may hinder project progress.
• Assist teams in adopting changes efficiently and achieving higher Scrum maturity levels.
• Maintain quality standards for deliverables at the conclusion of each sprint.
• Create an environment where team members are empowered, take ownership, and find satisfaction in their work.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with deep familiarity in software development environments.
• In-depth understanding of Scrum methodologies and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
• Knowledge of alternative Agile frameworks including Crystal and XP.
• Excellent communication abilities coupled with servant leadership qualities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adeptness in resolving conflicts.
• Exceptional organizational talents to manage multiple aspects of Agile projects efficiently.
