Role Overview

As a Scooter Mechanic, you will be responsible for promptly diagnosing and repairing damages on Bolt's vehicle fleet, ensuring that each e-scooter is safe and reliable for our customers. Your attention to detail will be critical in maintaining the quality and safety of the e-scooters used by thousands daily.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and repairs to maintain superior condition and safety standards of e-scooters.
• Identify malfunctions across various scooter components during routine checks.
• Perform safety testing before putting scooters back into circulation.
• Prepare new e-scooters for use by unpacking, conducting quality assurance, adding necessary accessories, and troubleshooting issues.
• Support warehouse tasks including inventory control, battery management, shipment handling, and maintaining cleanliness.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibits precision and attentiveness in repair work.
• Skilled in operating an assortment of hand and power tools effectively.
• Proactive with a hands-on attitude towards problem-solving and ownership of tasks.
• Experienced in mechanical repairs, ideally within automotive or electronics repair sectors.
• Proficient in the local language and comfortable using smartphone technology.
• Additional English language skills and forklift certification are considered advantages.
