About the Role

Supro Consulting is seeking experienced professionals for a sales team leader position within the BFSI industry, based in Hassan, India. This role involves directly recruiting BFSI partners to expand and strengthen the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard partners who will receive a fixed salary and develop their own teams of sales agents.
Oversee teams where agents generate income through commissions based on their sales performance.

Candidate Profile

Graduates aged between 21 and 48 years.
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in sales and marketing, preferably with exposure to Life Insurance.
Must possess reliable two-wheeler transportation (bike).
Strong communication skills are essential.
