About the Role
The Assistant Manager – Team Leader at The Trinity International's TRINITY FINVEST division is positioned within the Business Development department and is accountable to the Branch Head. This full-time role demands a strategic leader focused on expanding business by managing high-net-worth client portfolios and guiding the Relationship Managers to successfully meet branch objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI).
- Increase revenue and Assets Under Management (AUM) through direct efforts and by leading the team to meet targets.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and supervision to Relationship Managers within the branch.
- Consistently work towards growth of branch revenue and AUM.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and offer advisory assistance to clients.
- Track and assess team productivity and their sales outcomes.
- Ensure strict compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with product development and research departments to curate client solutions.
- Develop multi-tiered customer relationships to enhance client engagement.
- Organize and lead training or session initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of portfolio quality management.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess an MBA in Finance, or be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or hold an equivalent certification.
- Have 5 to 9 years of professional experience in wealth management or financial services sector.
- Experience in managing teams is strongly preferred.
- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities along with excellent client relationship management skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Certification such as NISM or AMFI is advantageous.
- Additional credentials like CFA or CFP are preferred.
Performance Indicators & Compliance Focus
- Achievement of team revenue and overall sales targets.
- Growth and retention of Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Optimization of team efficiency and their target completions.
- Prompt resolution of client requests and operational tasks.
- Successful cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Adherence to risk management and audit policies.
- Manage client complaints prudently to enhance customer satisfaction levels.
