Role Overview
The Sales Supervisor's main focus is to sustain and enhance storewide sellouts to improve brand positioning. The role demands devising targeted strategies to grow brand presence within current customer groups.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute departmental performance goals.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to support expected sales outcomes.
- Drive adoption of innovative sales methods, including leveraging product knowledge, promotional campaigns, and new product launches.
- Utilize the staff commission system effectively to boost sales within the department.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree.
- Have 2 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the Cosmetics or FMCG sector.
- Must hold a valid driving license.
