About the Company and Role

Sriram Interior is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executives for their showroom located in Velachery, Chennai. This role offers full-time and part-time (day shift) opportunities, aimed at delivering excellent customer service and supporting interior product sales.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate interior products accordingly.
Clearly explain product details, pricing, and available promotions.
Drive sales and work towards meeting the showroom’s sales targets.
Ensure showroom is well-maintained with organized product displays and cleanliness.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction.
Follow up on customer inquiries and provide quotations as required.
Collaborate with the team to manage order processing and update customers on delivery status.
Keep accurate records of daily sales and customer information.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum education of 12th standard (high school pass).
Open to freshers as well as individuals with prior experience.
Basic proficiency in English is necessary.
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills

Experience or skills in B2C sales.
Customer service abilities.
Effective sales communication techniques.
Capability to demonstrate products clearly.
Building and maintaining customer relationships.

Compensation and Perks

Monthly salary in the range of ₹12,800 to ₹14,800.
