Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are urgently seeking Cabin Sales Executives to join the Flipkart team. Candidates with at least one year of proven experience in sales or customer service and strong communication skills in both English and Hindi are encouraged to apply. The position is for immediate joining and offers a monthly take-home salary with additional incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and deliver detailed product information.
• Actively promote and sell Flipkart’s products and services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Keep precise documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in sales or customer handling roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (V5 Level proficiency).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Immediate availability for joining.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Work six days per week with one rotating day off.
• Monthly take-home salary of ₹18,000 plus attractive performance-based incentives.
• Position offers a total CTC of ₹22,500 per month.
