About the Company and Role
Masar Arabia First Trading Company is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to enhance its Industrial division. This role demands a self-driven professional with a solid history of industrial sales success capable of independently generating business, expanding market presence, and driving ongoing revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within the Saudi industrial sector.
- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with contractors, consultants, EPC firms, and industrial end users.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to order finalization.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.
- Conduct client engagements including technical presentations and onsite visits.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems, including sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
- Offer continuous technical and commercial assistance during the sales cycle.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated sales success within the Saudi industrial market.
- Experience in sectors such as Industrial Trading, General Trading, MEP Materials, Mechanical & Electrical Products, Safety Products, Construction Materials, Industrial Consumables, MRO supplies, HVAC, Plumbing, Tools & Equipment, Oil & Gas, EPC projects, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure.
- Strong skills in market penetration, business development, revenue growth, and key account management.
- Possession of a valid Saudi driving licence.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, ERP systems like Odoo or SAP, and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
