Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.
• Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately.
• Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across our offerings.
• Uphold store presentation standards through merchandising support.
• Work collaboratively toward sales budgets, targets, and KPIs.
• Assist with inventory control and product quality management.
• Adhere to national laws, workplace health and safety, and security protocols.
