Role Overview: Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent customer service and establishing positive relationships with shoppers.
• Handling cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Acquiring and maintaining in-depth knowledge of products across all business areas.
• Ensuring the store is visually appealing and merchandise is well presented.
• Working towards meeting sales budgets, targets, and key performance indicators.
• Assisting with inventory control and quality management.
• Adhering to relevant legislation, workplace health and safety protocols, and security policies.
