Role Overview
As a key member of the Food & Beverage team, the Room Service Order Taker plays an essential role in the smooth daily management of the In-Room Dining desk. Working closely with the IRD Manager, this role focuses on delivering seamless service to guests, maximizing outlet utilization, and contributing to revenue growth with a passion for hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to One&Only The Palm's Quality Management System in all operational activities.
- Maintain efficient daily operations within the In-Room Dining department.
- Participate actively in departmental training programs per schedule.
- Support optimizing utilization of dining outlets to boost revenue streams.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings 1 to 2 years’ experience from upscale 5-star hotels or resorts, demonstrating robust knowledge of food and beverage services. They exhibit excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of nurturing strong relationships with a diverse, high-profile guest base. Effective communication in English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage. A dynamic team-oriented approach and a commitment to outstanding guest service are critical.
