Position Summary
The Room Attendant will be responsible for completing daily and terminal cleaning tasks within assigned areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This role emphasizes providing exemplary customer service by upholding EAMC's core values in all interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
Position Qualifications
- No formal educational qualifications are required; however, a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend chemical labels is essential.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and comprehension, are necessary to follow instructions and respond to requests from patients and staff.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, especially within healthcare environments, is preferred but not mandatory.
- No specific certifications or licenses are required.
